EDUCATION AND AWARENESS

With a strong focus on customer service our specialised team work with staff to promote a positive Loss Prevention culture and assist with motivating them to be aware of high theft areas. We work closely with both management and staff to identify key areas of high shrinkage by viewing reports, and offer solutions on how to manage your stock.

All of our team are able to identify risks and hazards in security and will report these to the site manager immediately.

Safety is paramount to our Loss Prevention Officers and staff, the team are fully trained and experienced in assessing offenders and will not proceed in an apprehension if the situation is deemed to be dangerous. SAFETY FIRST ALWAYS!

With extensive and demonstrated experience in the industry and a pool of expert analyst resources we are able to identify new shoplifting trends and assist to quickly identify a large percentage of recidivist offenders.
